Newt is awful at cooking and Thomas’s baking is god’s gift to the world. Newt loves eating Thomas-made chocolate cookies and sometimes fucks up his cooking purposefully so he can get them 

6: Which one reads OTP prompts and says “Oh that’s us!” and which one goes “Eh, not really”? Thomas and Newt, in that order. Newt hates weird romantic clichés unless it’s Thomas lending him his clothes because that is the best feeling in the entire world

Thomas knows how to but he prefers sitting, eating, sleeping, talking and annoying Newt in general and also loves watching Newt’s face screwed up in concentration. and maybe he has had one too many accidents when he does drive so Newt is now very intent on never letting Thomas near the car again

Thomas poses because Newt draws beautifully and let’s be real Thomas is model material. but he can never fucking sit still and keeps giggling because “Newt, stop looking at me like that” “ffs, thomas, I’m just trying to get the shading right in your eyes”

11: If they were about to rob a museum, which one does backflips through lasers and which one is strolling behind with a bag of chips? Newt on the backflips and thomas with the bag of chips bc lbr does he ever do what he’s asked to do

12: Which one of your OTP overdoes it on the alcohol and which one makes the other stop drinking? Thomas has the same amount as Newt but gets drunk way worse as he has a lower alcohol threshold. Now just imagine a drunk Newt trying to control a drunker thomas. what a collapse-filled image

Thomas loves buying Newt roses even when Newt insists he doesn’t like flowers (he does, indeed, and he knows Thomas knows it.) Sometimes thomas also brings home chocolate and they both have too many and give themselves stomachaches because they are actually 8 year olds

15: Which one screams about the spider and which one brings the spider outside? Thomas is the damsel in distress and Newt plays around with the spider for a while to scare Thomas further before throwing it out in the most careless, macho way Thomas has ever seen

16: Which one gives the other their jacket? Thomas is the lender. He can’t help it because Newt looks so right and good in his way too big leather jacket

17: Who keeps getting threatened by the other’s overprotective older sibling? Sonya will NOT stop with her secret threats to Thomas because she has been with him before and though it ended well she knows how unintentionally careless he is. however, when she sees the way Thomas looks at her brother, all her doubt is gone and she is maybe kinda jealous because she wishes Harriet would look at her like that 

18: Who’s the first one to admit they have feelings for the other? Thomas. but Newt had to guess through most of the endearing losses of breath and stuttering. in the end he just sighed and asked Thomas if he wanted to fuck which they never did because they fell asleep talking about the universe

19: How good would your OTP be at parenting? not very good and brilliant at the same time. their kid would be the nicest spoilt brat you will ever come across with his crazy dyed hair and piercings combined with oversized jumpers and a love for classical music

20: Which one types with perfect grammar and which one types using numbers as letters? Newt types like the scholar he is and Thomas likes to keep things short. except when New is horny. then all Thomas will get is a single text message at work saying: “u wanna cum ovr ;)”

21: Who gets attacked by a bully and who protects them? Newt gets attacked, but this is way back in elementary school - after which Newt turned from babyface into the hottest and most intimidating fucking motherfucker (who maybe had a soft spot for a certain brunet) Thomas had ever seen

Newt kicks Thomas out of the house for two hours every time Thomas dares to make an awful joke. and vice versa, Thomas just rolls his eyes and starts screaming until newt stops speaking 

23: Who comes home from work to see that the other one bought a puppy? Newt comes home from an art exhibition to find a dog curled up on his favorite spot on the sofa. He doesn’t stop whining for a month because “we already have 9, thomas” and because maybe Thomas is giving these animals a bit too much attention and someone is jealous

24: Which one gives the other a piggyback ride when they’re tired? thomas gives newt a congratulation piggyback ride after every new art project newt finishes. this may or may not be newt’s favorite part of arting.

25: Which one competes in some sort of activity and which one does the overzealous cheering? Newt once tried participating in a marathon and Thomas screeched so hard Newt got distracted thinking Thomas was hurt and broke his leg before the race even began

26: Who takes a selfie when the other one falls asleep on their shoulder? Newt. Thomas is cutest when he is not talking about whether pigeons have feelings or not.

27: Which one would give the other a makeover if they asked? neither. they don’t do that. however, Newt loves lipstick anyway and they both enjoy Newt marking Thomas in red in places invisible to a third eye

28: Which one owns a pet that the other is absolutely terrified of? they both have a shiny black cat and 9 now 10 dogs they both love, actually.

29: Which one holds the umbrella over both of them when it rains? Newt, because he is taller, and Thomas loves feeling protected and safe with his knight in shining armor. and also because Thomas loves putting his hands elsewhere around Newt, ya nasty

30: If your OTP went on vacation, where would they go and what would they do? Who would take the pictures? They would go to very un-romantic places like Rome and Athens because they love nerdy historical shit and it’s all about the candids, baby. they do sneak in a few pecks here and there and hold hands walking through the great wall of china.
